For the last 40 years I have been on a journey of self-discovery, and have found that the most important thing one can do is to share joys and insights with others. I see my path as helping others realize their own greatness and potential, and discovering how they can better integrate those qualities in daily life.
30 years of my journey, the last 15 of which have been with Effective Edge, involved helping individuals and teams in Fortune 500 companies increase their personal effectiveness and productivity, thereby experiencing more balance, creativity and increased joy in all aspects of life. My eclectic background with expertise in the areas of interpersonal communications, organizational development, facilitated dialogue processes, and Eastern philosophy is a natural fit for productivity training, coaching, interpersonal communications, and stress management consulting.
I recently received this note from a coaching client at a large Food Company in the Midwest: “I just wanted to say thank you for your coaching session last week! I am a total believer, and in the last week I have been knocking it out of the park at work! I was so excited to come to work and start my day deliberately. Before our sessions I had been feeling very scatterbrained and was frustrated with my inefficiency.”
I’m still on my journey of self-discovery and enjoy traveling to exotic places, discovering new ways of looking at the world, long walks on the beach at sunset, and living a full life every day.
